Job Description
Senior Commercial Counsel providing legal partnership for fintech services. Leading commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance in a regulated fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements across the payments and financial services ecosystem
- Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, shaping deal structure and negotiation strategy
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to guide the development and launch of financial products
- Contribute to scaling the legal function by developing templates, playbooks, and negotiation frameworks
Requirements:
- Deep experience in commercial contracting within fintech or regulated environments
- Strong transactional judgment
- Ability to operate independently while influencing stakeholders across functions
