Job Description
Senior Manager for Customer Insights leading VoC initiatives at Allstate. Overseeing research and strategic improvements to enhance customer experiences and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and oversees Allstate's VoC feedback ecosystem.
- Continuously maintain an up-to-date perspective through external research into emerging best practices.
- Provide strategic consulting to stakeholders on design principles and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships to collaboratively drive improvements.
- Lead the team in identifying improvement areas and designing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Strong collaborative skills
- Demonstrated experience as a self-motivated critical thinker
- Passion for doing right by the customer
- Strong project management skills
- Vendor management experience
