Job Description

Client Experience Senior Project Manager responsible for managing relationships and overseeing project execution for Skyline Exhibits' key clients. Focused on enhancing client service delivery and driving project solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive client services team to provide exceptional value to key clients
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Build long-term relationships and optimize business processes
  • Lead solution development efforts for project lifecycles
  • Oversee complex client projects ensuring timely delivery and high quality
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve client outcomes
  • Document best practices for consistency in services
  • Resolve issues and manage client expectations effectively
  • Gather project costs and facilitate invoice processes
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients aligning solutions with needs and risk strategies
  • Provide training and support on client services processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Project Manager role or similar position.
  • Trade Show or Event Industry Experience required.
  • PMP or CAPM Certified is a plus.
  • Expert knowledge in project management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships with a track record of retaining and growing long term connections.
  • Strong understanding of industry practices, including reading and interpreting construction drawings, setup prints, and translating design models into actionable plans.
  • Skilled in making informed decisions based on industry knowledge and business insight.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office programs and other relevant project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, Rike or Asana preferred.
