Job Description
Senior Director overseeing IT applications for Finance, Legal, and HR at NewAmsterdam Pharma. Leading implementations and supporting key business functions while managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Finance, Legal, and HR applications
- Act as a strategic partner to Corporate Functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee management and support of applications like Concur, ADP, and Workday
- Be the IT Lead for future ERP implementations
- Address and resolve user issues
- Act as the project manager for all application implementations and retirements
- Manage relationships with application vendors
- Collaborate with IT security to ensure applications meet compliance standards
- Work closely with SVP, IT to align application strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of IT application management within Pharmaceuticals, with 5+ years focused on Finance, Legal and HR systems
- Proven experience with Workday, Concur, ADP, and Coupa
- Experience running an ERP implementation
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful implementations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in multiple areas of IT/Pharma and agile enough to jump in wherever needed
