Job Description

Senior Director developing and scaling strategic enterprise partnerships across APAC for fintech company. Navigating complex sales cycles and building high-impact pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and scaling strategic enterprise partnerships across Asia
  • Own OKRs and build a high-impact pipeline of enterprise and institutional partners
  • Qualify opportunities, navigate long and complex sales cycles, and close strategic deals
  • Develop durable partnership models that support USDC growth and Circle’s broader business objectives
  • Own and scale a portfolio of strategic enterprise opportunities across APAC
  • Develop and execute GTM plans for high-revenue enterprise partnerships

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships
  • 7+ years of experience developing or managing strategic enterprise partnerships
  • Deep understanding of payments products, financial infrastructure, and enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven track record closing high-impact strategic deals with C-suite and senior executive audiences
  • Strong relationships with senior decision makers across APAC financial services, fintech, payments, or multinational enterprise ecosystems
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
