Job Description
Senior Director of Account Operations at Gainwell, driving financial performance and operational efficiency globally. Leading finance tools evolution and ensuring compliance in delivery operations.
Responsibilities:
- Driving financial excellence and operational efficiency across delivery operations
- Improving account financial performance through proactive monitoring and strategic interventions
- Evolving finance tools and operating models to enhance scalability and transparency
- Implementing tighter financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Managing account-level financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and corrective actions
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support informed decision-making and enterprise-wide delivery assurance
- Directing, managing, developing and overseeing budget
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Experience working with a product and services delivery in a global environment
- Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity
- Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements
