Job Description
Senior Director managing Mission Technology Solutions at KBR. Leading technical innovation strategies to enhance brand awareness and mission impact.
Responsibilities:
- Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals
- Developing strategies to drive external visibility and understanding of company’s technical innovation expertise
- Leads cultural and operational change to drive internal and external market perceptions of KBR’s technical innovation across business development, business units, and to external clients and the market
- Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company
- Lead external engagement to drive market perceptions and increase brand awareness and mission impact to our external customers
- Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in related technical field
- At least 18 years of related experience
