Job Description

Senior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist optimizing Amazon EU and US marketplaces. Improving listings, SEO, conversion, and AI-ready shopping experiences for Cimpress’s personalized products.

Responsibilities:

  • Own GTM merchandising execution for new product launches across Amazon EU and US, from listing briefs through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Drive marketplace SEO, including keyword research, titles, bullets, attributes, backend terms, taxonomy, and search visibility
  • Create and QA briefs for listing content, imagery, A+ Content, video, and Brand Stores
  • Analyze traffic, CTR, conversion, search visibility, sales, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct Walk the Store and UX/CX reviews to identify customer friction and improve the shopping journey
  • Develop and manage A/B tests and conversion optimization initiatives, measuring impact and scaling learnings
  • Drive ongoing listing, Brand Store, and subcategory optimization
  • Use AI and LLM tools for SEO, listing analysis, QA, research, insight generation, and workflow automation
  • Develop frameworks to improve AI readability and AI-ready marketplace content
  • Build and maintain merchandising standards, documentation, and optimization playbooks
  • Bridge Listing, Design, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate product and customer needs into strong marketplace experiences

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, Amazon, or marketplace management
  • Good Amazon Seller Central experience, including GTM/product launches, listing optimization, A+ Content, and Brand Stores
  • Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, UX/CX, and conversion drivers
  • Analytical ability to turn performance data into actionable insights
  • Practical experience using AI/LLM tools for research, analysis, optimization, and workflow efficiency
  • Strong product understanding and ability to translate features into clear customer value
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and confidence working with dashboards and large datasets
  • Proactive, bold, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging assumptions
  • Strong ownership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent English
  • Nice to have: Experience with Amazon and third-party tools experimentation, A/B testing, or conversion optimization
  • Nice to have: Experience with marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, DataHawk, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Nice to have: Experience working across multiple marketplace regions, particularly EU and US
  • Nice to have: Experience with BI, dashboarding, automated reporting, or data visualization tools
  • Nice to have: Experience managing large catalogs, taxonomy, variations, or scalable listing optimization
  • Nice to have: Experience merchandising for both B2C and B2B customers
  • Nice to have: Additional European languages
