Job Description

Senior Employee Relations Advisor providing expertise in case management and HR policy compliance for a global climate technologies company. Managing escalated cases and leading complex investigations to enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in case management, performance improvement, and policy compliance
  • Manage escalated and high-risk employee relations cases
  • Serve as the primary contact for site leadership teams
  • Provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies
  • Coach managers on conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
  • Support complex employee separations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of employee relations cases
  • Deliver exceptional service in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
  • Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws
  • Demonstrated understanding of employee relations practices, performance improvement processes, and policy interpretation
  • Proficiency in English required
