Job Description
Senior Google Ads Buyer owning full-funnel growth for DTC eCommerce brands. Managing Google Ads, attribution, feeds, tracking, and direct client relationships worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Own a set of DTC and eCommerce Google Ads accounts end to end
- Act as strategist, buyer, and direct client point of contact
- Manage monthly budgets from $5,000 to well into six figures
- Present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients
- Audit campaign structure, ad groups, keywords, search terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feeds, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking
- Create Loom walkthroughs of account audits
- Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses
- Evaluate and optimize PMax for incremental performance
- Audit Google's auto-applied recommendations, assets, and sitelinks
- Manage Merchant Center feed hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions, Shopping, and PMax delivery
- Manage GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports, Google Ads tags, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion imports
- Diagnose and fix bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking
- Build landing pages, scripts, reporting, and other tools needed by accounts
- Use attribution methods including NC-CPA, NC-ROAS, geo holdouts, and brand-search tests
Requirements:
- Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce accounts
- Demonstrable results involving CPA, ROAS, revenue, and changes made to achieve them
- Experience with Shopping and PMax, specifically—not only Search
- Fluency across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, and GTM
- AI-native; already using Claude or equivalent as a working tool
- Ability to build and ship a landing page using Claude or equivalent
- Native or near-native English communication skills
- Ability to explain thinking clearly, sell ideas, push back with clients, and raise problems early
- Ability to work US Eastern business hours for client calls
- Bonus: experience building or operating a Shopify store or running Meta at spend
- Ability to own strategy, buying, client communication, feeds, tracking, landing pages, scripts, and reporting end to end
