Job Description
Paid Media Specialist managing Google and Meta lead-generation campaigns plus GoHighLevel systems. Serving Australian trades, home-service and professional-service clients remotely from the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage GoHighLevel systems end to end, including landing page funnels, pipelines, automations, missed-call text-back, nurture sequences, review requests and CRM
- Launch, manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads lead-generation campaigns
- Set up and maintain Conversions API, pixels, conversion events and attribution tracking
- Create and test ad creative, copy, audiences, offers and landing pages
- Optimise funnel economics including cost per lead, lead quality, booked appointments, jobs and cost per acquisition
- Make optimisation decisions independently for assigned accounts
- Report in plain English on a set cadence
- Flag problems, opportunities and ideas proactively
- Own assigned client accounts end to end for an Australian marketing agency serving trades, home services and professional services
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on paid media experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead-generation businesses
- Strong practical GoHighLevel experience, including building and troubleshooting workflows, pipelines, funnels, automations and CRM systems
- Experience working with service-based businesses
- Working understanding of lead-generation economics, including cost per lead, lead quality, appointment rates and customer acquisition cost
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking and conversion events through GoHighLevel
- Ability to review campaign data and make optimisation decisions independently
- Portfolio showing specific clients, campaigns, spend levels, measurable results and GoHighLevel funnels
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confidence on video calls with clients and team members
- Reliable internet
- Availability Monday to Friday within 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM Philippine time
