Job Description
Paid Social Designer creating static and motion Meta ads for Truvani, a health and wellness supplement and snack brand. Testing creative variations using performance data to improve paid social results.
Responsibilities:
- Design static ads for Meta across feed, stories, and reels placements
- Create short motion ads and animated versions of statics, including product animations, kinetic type, and simple UGC-style edits
- Turn creative briefs into multiple concepts and variations for testing
- Build iterations on winning ads, including new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals
- Work with the growth team to review performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS and decide what to test next
- Monitor competitors and trends in CPG and supplement advertising and bring new ideas
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing for creative that performs
Requirements:
- 3+ years designing paid social ads, ideally for CPG or DTC brands
- A portfolio of Meta ads that actually ran, not just spec work
- Strong in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma
- Comfortable with motion: After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar
- Fast; able to produce lots of quality variations without losing the plot
- Understands the basics of performance marketing and why a thumb-stopping first frame matters
- Takes feedback well and is not precious about work
- Self-directed; able to manage own queue and hit deadlines
- Experience in supplements, food, beverage, or beauty
- Familiarity with AI image and video tools in a production workflow
- Experience designing for other paid channels (TikTok, YouTube, Google)
- Basic copywriting skills for headlines and hooks
