Job Description
Senior Implementation Manager leading EHR interoperability deployments for CVS Health and Aetna. Driving clinical data exchange, federal compliance, and complex cross-functional programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment of EHR functionality and capabilities supporting electronic exchange of clinical data
- Enable and accelerate compliance with federal regulations
- Partner with providers, customers, internal stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions meet business, clinical, and regulatory needs
- Shape business and go-to-market strategies
- Work with vendor and DDAT partners to deliver technical enablement across multiple EHR platforms
- Collaborate with Business, Clinical, Compliance, DDAT, Legal, and Vendor teams
- Build business cases
- Collaborate with DDAT Product Owners in PI planning and execution
- Drive DDAT prioritization
- Identify gaps and recommend product, service, and workflow enhancements
- Track and report spending and value metrics
- Address workflow processes and interdependencies across enterprise business segments
- Influence change to improve performance, organizational effectiveness, systems, quality, and services
- Help identify solutions to issues affecting program or project plans
- Support evolving Interoperability needs and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- 7-10 years or more of healthcare experience
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager managing complex projects
- Executive presentation skills
- Experience creating executive PowerPoint Presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required
- Medicare, Medicaid or Individual Health Plan experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements for government business (preferred)
- Process mapping and discovery experience (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (preferred)
