Job Description
Implementation Manager deploying Care Management technology at Centene, improving clinical workflows and enterprise adoption. Leading configuration, testing, governance, and go-live across U.S. remote teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions supporting Care Management
- Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable, well-governed system deployments
- Drive delivery from design through go-live and post-launch stabilization
- Manage scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across cross-functional teams
- Establish governance structures, project frameworks, and performance measurement criteria
- Synthesize clinical outcomes, operational performance data, and frontline feedback into executive-ready reporting
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology and process improvement opportunities
- Manage system configuration, workflow design, and integration activities with IT and vendor teams
- Select implementation approaches based on workflow complexity, risk, and business value
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing, and cutover planning for core CM platforms
- Partner with business leaders, IT, clinical operations, vendor management, and enterprise Program Management Offices
- Define and track success metrics tied to business outcomes
- Translate technical concepts, tradeoffs, and recommendations for stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of experience in technology implementation, systems configuration, or solution deployment including AI required
- Fluent with a range of implementation and project management tools with demonstrated experience delivering enterprise systems
- 3+ years project management and cross-functional delivery experience required
- Experience in the healthcare and/or managed care industries preferred
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative with a desire to drive significant, measurable results
- Strong project management and analytical skills
