Job Description
Senior Integration Engineer managing end-to-end integrations across Magento, TrueView, ServiceNow, and NetSuite. Experience with integration patterns and data ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain Magento ↔ TrueView integrations.
- Design and support integrations for customers, orders, and assets.
- Ensure Magento-originated data flows reliably into downstream systems.
- Design and maintain TrueView ↔ ServiceNow integrations supporting incidents and service requests.
- Build ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and transform maps.
- Integrate operational and financial data with NetSuite.
- Apply enterprise integration patterns including monitoring and observability.
- Participate in technical discovery with enterprise customers.
- Translate business requirements into integration designs and data mappings.
- Support testing, go-live, and production troubleshooting.
- Produce and maintain integration architecture diagrams and operational support guides.
- Help define and enforce integration standards across the platform.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations (ITSM and/or ITAM).
- 5+ years of experience designing and supporting system-to-system integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating with Magento or similar commerce platforms.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and data architecture.
- Experience working with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, pagination, retries, and error handling.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and enterprise customer stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience integrating with Magento in a production environment.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD).
- Experience integrating with NetSuite or other ERP/financial systems.
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle, device management, or support platforms.
- Experience with iPaaS or middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato), even if not currently used.
