Job Description
Senior L&D Designer developing high-quality blended learning solutions to enhance leadership capabilities at TD. Collaborating on strategic learning projects to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design high quality, multi-approach blended learning and performance solutions on a variety of learning projects
- Recommend the most effective blend of instructor-led, hands-on, and web-based learning solutions
- Assess and identify business needs/requirements, scoping design solutions
- Participate in project scoping and planning
- Work directly with course owners and experts to capture course-specific knowledge
- Design content including instructional frameworks, content mapping, prototypes, narrative scripts and storyboards
- Responsible for overall design and/or development of learning solutions
- Develop graphics and media based on design input
- Ensure learner accessibility and diversity in all learning solutions
- Assist team members where needed for completion of work
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of instructional design/development experience
- Portfolio of past work in instructional design and development
- Expert level knowledge of eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 3 or 360 and Rise 360
- Strong creative and graphic design skills
- Expert level knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and experience with other Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience designing fully accessible solutions following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience designing and developing leadership development programs
- Experience contributing to projects delivered using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
