Job Description
Manager of Talent Development at CG Oncology executing talent initiatives for organizational growth. Collaborative role ensuring program effectiveness in delivering quality leadership and cultural alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and support organizational and talent development initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, on time, and on budget, and with clear outcomes.
- Establish repeatable program cadences, timelines, and documentation to support sustainability and scale.
- Partner with the Director of Organizational & Talent Development to ensure clear ownership, coordination, and follow-through across initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting and tracking costs associated with the Org and Talent Development Initiatives.
- Co-facilitate Career Growth Connect, a monthly employee forum focused on awareness and utilization of CG Oncology’s development resources.
- Support planning, facilitation, and follow-up for Career Growth Connect sessions.
- Develop clear, executive-ready summaries and dashboards highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
- Support the creation of and updates to job descriptions and role scopes driven by growth or organizational change.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment between role expectations, compensation, and hiring decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Seven (7) years of progressive experience in HR Business Partner, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related people-focused roles
- Demonstrated experience translating strategy into scalable program execution.
- Experience facilitating development sessions or learning forums.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, scaling organization
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- High operational discipline and follow-through
- Ability to build dashboards and executive-ready reporting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort working in ambiguity and growth-stage environments.
