Job Description

Sales Learning & Development role at Alan, focusing on training and optimizing sales teams across multiple regions. Involves designing training programs and identifying skill gaps for improved performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Spend significant time in the field to identify gaps in sales skills and performance.
  • Deliver sales training during onboarding and throughout employees’ development within Alan’s teams.
  • Design impactful training programs across key topics: sales techniques, insurance expertise, legal environment, and product mastery.
  • Develop training assets leveraging internal subject-matter experts and leadership.
  • Experiment with engaging formats to maximize adoption by sales teams.
  • Ensure effective change management as the organization scales (new countries, new products, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or experience in sales.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales.
  • Solid commercial sense and a KPI-driven mindset.
  • Strong Learning & Development expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for helping others succeed (empathy, active listening, and collaboration).
  • Growth mindset with curiosity for learning methodologies and tools.
