Job Description

Instructional Designer creating training resources and optimizing learning materials for Peak Support. Collaborating with Training Facilitators while focusing on corporate training and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced training materials for Peak Support’s teams
  • Deliver a T3 to Trainers who will facilitate the learning materials
  • Evaluate and enhance learning materials regularly for continued development and improvement
  • Stay updated on all process updates from the clients through regular check-ins with internal stakeholders
  • Strategize, design, and implement innovations in training programs across all of Peak Support
  • Optimize the knowledge base/learning materials of all of Peak Support’s programs

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Articulate)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great collaboration and coordination skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience with technologies and best practices for instructional design and training delivery
  • Organized and able to meet varied timelines
  • Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Able to analyze learning opportunities and strategize for better solutions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design roles
  • Strict adherence to the PS Core Values
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to emerging AI-driven solutions
