Job Description
Training Coordinator supporting training delivery through scheduling, logistics, and administration for Oxygen Forensics. Remote, part-time contractor role with a focus on educational program support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions across internal and external audiences
- Manage training calendars, registrations, and attendee communications
- Support instructors with session setup, materials preparation, and follow-up activities
- Organize and maintain training materials, documentation, and shared resources
- Track attendance, collect feedback, and maintain basic reporting on training activity
- Provide administrative support related to training delivery and program coordination
- Help maintain consistency in training processes, communication, and execution
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, training operations, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Proficiency in standard business tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, document management)
- Experience supporting training programs, events, or educational environments is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho or similar) is a plus
