Job Description
Logistics Analyst managing supply chain operations for industrial clients. Overseeing logistics operations, delivery timelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Management of logistics operations: Monitor orders from invoicing through to customer delivery
- Monitor delivery deadlines and take proactive measures to prevent delays
- Ensure correct picking, packing and shipment of orders
- Manage and monitor carriers/transport providers
- Support route planning and freight selection
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs
- Prepare reports and analyses to support management
- Collaborate with Sales, Production and Billing teams
- Ensure alignment of information and deadlines
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations
- Experience with transportation, shipping/dispatch or distribution
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented profile
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple demands/priorities
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
