Job Description

Senior RGM manager scaling pricing, promotion, and trade investment strategy for Generous Brands’ nutrition beverage portfolio. Building analytics, guardrails, and repeatable revenue growth routines.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Sr. Director, Sales Finance & RGM
  • Develop and lead revenue growth management strategy across pricing, promotion, mix, and revenue optimization
  • Establish commercial guardrails including price corridors, price ladders, promotional depth and frequency, and pack architecture roles
  • Evaluate pricing actions, pack changes, and promotional strategies using financial and consumer-based analytics
  • Own price-pack architecture frameworks, including channel price ladders, pack roles, elasticity-informed recommendations, and innovation sizing
  • Partner with Brand, Innovation, and Category teams on portfolio decisions involving net revenue, margin, velocity, incrementality, and cannibalization
  • Define trade investment strategy and governance, including spend guardrails, ROI expectations, and reinvestment or pullback routines
  • Lead pre- and post-event analysis of incrementality, halo/cannibalization, and profitability
  • Support customer and channel plans through assortment strategy, promotional calendars, pricing compliance, and competitive benchmarking
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve negotiation readiness through fact-based economic insights and guardrails
  • Build scalable RGM tools and routines, including scorecards, templates, playbooks, and decision forums
  • Partner with Finance, Analytics, and IT to improve data quality and automation
  • Align internal shipment data with syndicated and market signals where relevant

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in RGM / Revenue Management / Commercial Strategy / Category Management / Trade Strategy within CPG; beverage preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing, promotion, trade investment effectiveness, and/or price-pack architecture
  • Strong analytical skills, including incrementality, elasticity, mix, margin, and ROI analysis
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive adoption of new ways of working
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • MBA / CPA / CMA or advanced technical degree preferred
  • Experience with syndicated and/or commercial performance data, including IRI/Nielsen, shipment/scan alignment, and TPM tools preferred
  • Familiarity with RGM toolkits and measurement approaches preferred
  • Experience influencing and developing a new function in a CPG company preferred
  • Structured problem solving and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong business judgment and bias for action
  • Clear executive communication and ability to simplify complex analytics
  • Collaborative leadership and ability to drive change through influence
  • High standards for rigor, consistency, and repeatability
