Job Description
Senior Marketing Operations Technologist at Katapult managing marketing infrastructure for analytics across digital channels. Ensuring effective measurement and campaign tracking to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own implementation and ongoing management of tracking pixels and analytics tags (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) for web and mobile
- Configure tracking events in Shopify, Stripe, and other key platforms
- Ensure seamless campaign tracking via UTMs across different domains and platforms
- Cookie consent setups
- Implement server-side and mobile attribution (CAPI/S2S, React Native—using Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Segment)
- Partner with product and engineering to translate requirements into technical specs and deliverables
- Report on metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, providing data integrity and actionable analysis
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain data quality across all platforms
- Act as lead with external agencies and internal teams for all technical ad ops and campaign measurement needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and engineering
- Hands-on expertise with GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads Conversions, campaign tracking and UTM strategy
- Experience implementing tracking on Shopify and Stripe (including checkout events and post-purchase)
- Experience with mobile app attribution for React Native
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ability to debug network requests and tracking issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
