Job Description

Senior Marketing Program Manager driving Nielsen’s content-led growth campaigns and marketing operations remotely from Mexico City. Coordinating cross-functional delivery, workflows, documentation, and campaign KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary program manager for core growth programs, owning project delivery from kickoff through post-mortem
  • Manage project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and asset trackers, aligning teams on timelines and dependencies
  • Apply standardized marketing frameworks and processes to growth programs and support adoption across marketing teams
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans and provide visibility into cross-team dependencies
  • Facilitate program syncs, surface blockers, and synthesize status updates into reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain a centralized single source of truth for campaign documentation, briefs, trackers, and KPI dashboards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate marketing goals into actionable workstreams
  • Drive resolution of operational problems, including capacity constraints and resource gaps
  • Support continuous improvement of intake, approval, and other operational workflows
  • Champion consistent use of project management tools so campaign tasks and milestones are logged and visible
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, incorporating lessons learned into future campaign playbooks

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of experience in Marketing Program Management, Marketing Operations, or Technical Program Management
  • Proven track record of managing independent work products and delivering integrated campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Native or professional-level English proficiency is mandatory
  • Highly skilled in project management and enterprise tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and GA4 or similar
  • Full competency in project management software, such as Jira and Smartsheet
  • Strong understanding of marketing frameworks and the creative production lifecycle
  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications, particularly in Human Centered Design, preferred
