Job Description
Senior Medical Representative promoting AbbVie eye-care products among healthcare professionals. Gathering market insights, reporting adverse events, and executing compliant regional plans.
Responsibilities:
- 负责公司产品在目标区域内的学术推广，并达成既定工作目标
- 与医疗卫生专业人士建立常态化学术沟通渠道，开展持续、规范的医学和产品信息交流
- 完成公司规定的各类报表
- 根据公司合规指引收集市场动态和产品相关洞察信息
- 严格遵守公司的道德行为规范（OEC）政策，有效地执行公司的市场计划
- 及时上报日常工作中发现的与公司产品相关的药品不良事件，如有需要，配合PV收集所需信息
- 在工作中践行公司价值观和诚信合规原则
Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业毕业
- 从事两年或以上眼科、生物制剂或特药等医药行业工作经验，有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑
- 具备出色的学术专业能力以及较强地判断能力
- 良好地沟通和语言表达能力
- 热爱本职工作，负有责任心，能承受工作压力
- 具有团队合作及吃苦耐劳精神
- 遵守适用法律法规、行业规范以及公司政策要求
