Job Description
AbbVie oncology medical representative promoting hematology products and communicating medical information to healthcare professionals in Guangzhou. Achieving territory objectives, gathering market insights, and reporting product safety events compliantly.
Responsibilities:
- Promote company products academically within the target area and achieve established work objectives
- Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals
- Conduct continuous and standardized medical and product information exchanges
- Complete company-required reports
- Collect market developments and product-related insights according to company compliance guidelines
- Comply with the company's OEC policy and effectively execute marketing plans
- Report adverse events related to company products and support PV information collection when needed
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while upholding company values and integrity principles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty drugs, or the pharmaceutical industry
- Work experience with a foreign-funded company preferred
- Excellent academic and professional capabilities
- Strong judgment and decision-making ability
- Good communication and language-expression skills
- Passion for the role and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork spirit and willingness to undertake hard work
