Job Description
Senior Omni-Channel Manager growing OLLY’s vitamin and supplement sales through AI-driven retail media. Leading omnichannel campaigns, retailer relationships, budgets, and an Omni associate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class digital footprint on OLLY’s .com/Omni platforms
- Develop a holistic strategy to increase overall Omnichannel sales and outperform online competition
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the Omni Sr. Associate
- Serve as primary contact for Retailer Media, Roundel, WMC, and equivalent agentic advertising platforms
- Partner with Sales and Sales Strategy on customer business plans and Digital Commerce goals
- Collaborate with Social, Influencer, Consumer Response, Ecom, Growth, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Systems teams
- Lead performance marketing strategy and campaigns across Target, Walmart, Instacart, and other customer platforms
- Manage a multi-million-dollar budget by setting objectives, conversion signals, and guardrails for AI-driven bidding systems
- Verify and audit autonomous campaign decisions against business goals, margin targets, and inventory realities
- Build and manage learning agendas, including incrementality testing and first-party data matching
- Ensure product data is structured and agent-ready for AI-mediated shopping journeys
- Explore full-funnel retail media formats such as video, audio, and CTV
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, retailer features, and agentic ad formats; recommend pilots, scaling, or discontinuation
Requirements:
- 7-10 years across Marketing & eCommerce with a focus on paid acquisition at a consumer brand with a .com and brick and mortar presence
- Strong people leader who can effectively coach and develop a team
- Experience managing and tracking SEM and other ROAS-driven marketing investments
- Comfort directing and auditing agentic/AI-driven bidding and campaign systems (e.g. Walmart's Marty), setting objectives and verifying outcomes
- Early adopter of next generation technologies, innovation and capabilities
- Understanding of methodologies for managing actionable test/learn efforts, including incrementality testing and multi-touch attribution as tracking evolves
- Ability to apply data-driven thinking to creative conversations
- Highly analytical and data driven, able to elevate key insights to marketing, sales teams, and leadership
- Experience managing/implementing new Martech or AI solutions, with working knowledge of how structured product data drives visibility in AI-mediated and agentic shopping journeys
- Awareness of full-funnel retail media formats, including video, CTV, in-store, and audio
- Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable in a data-driven, rapidly evolving AI business environment
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office products
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
