Job Description
Executivo de Parcerias captando e ativando implementadores, inbound e marketing para a plataforma brasileira de e-commerce Loja Integrada. Condução de hunting, onboarding e handoff.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential partners—including implementation partners, inbound, marketing, freelancers, and consultants—with a strong fit for the ecosystem
- Segment and map partners by profile across the funnel and active partner base, prioritizing the growth of Inbound and Marketing channels
- Use AI to pre-screen leads based on volume, public signals, and initial fit, while critically auditing the results
- Deliver presentations and sales pitches on the partnership value proposition, including recurring commissions, bonuses, support, and benefits
- Overcome objections and drive deal closure
- Guide partners through full registration and their first value-delivery milestone, such as their first referral or first live store
- Define and apply criteria and certifications for officially activating a partner
- Structure and keep onboarding documentation, the partner journey, IPP, and support materials up to date, reviewing them before publication
- Improve materials with every partner trained
- Conduct a structured handoff of activated and trained partners to the Partner Growth Manager
- Keep the prospecting pipeline organized in the CRM and predictable month over month
- Bring objections, insights, and market signals to the team to refine the offering and messaging
Requirements:
- Solid experience in active prospecting / hunting in B2B sales (Senior SDR/BDR, acquisition-focused Account Executive, or sales hunter)
- Resilient mindset
- Ability to structure and conduct onboarding—not just open doors, but enable partners until they can operate effectively on their own
- Strong communication skills and the ability to tell the ecosystem story in a consultative manner
- Organization and pipeline discipline (CRM, follow-up, cadence)
- Makes independent decisions within the scope of prospecting, qualification, and activation—without waiting for validation at every step—and clearly recognizes when a case falls outside the standard process and needs to be aligned with the Partner Growth Manager or leadership before moving forward
- Ability to critically validate the results of AI-assisted screening or materials before applying or publishing them—the final decision to move forward with a partner or publish a material is always human, not made by the tool
- Preferred: Experience with referral/affiliate programs, agency partnerships, or e-commerce
- Preferred: Experience using AI to scale lead screening or structure onboarding materials, with a clear understanding of what should be automated and what requires human judgment
