Job Description

Senior Partner Manager driving pipeline and maximizing the mutual value of strategic alliances with Accounting firms. Building partnerships and executing strategies to enhance market share in sales tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a prioritization framework to deepen existing partnerships and identify new avenues for value creation
  • Define and execute robust launch plans for new partners
  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and trends
  • Create plans to drive partnership sales
  • Influence partners to prioritize Numeral in key deals
  • Achieve or exceed assigned channel sales quota

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience with a track record of building new business via Accounting firm partners
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at negotiation and relationship-building
  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing partnership strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
