Job Description

Senior Partner Marketing Manager at G2 overseeing partner ecosystem integrations and marketing strategies. Influencing partnerships and optimizing go-to-market plans in the SaaS landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end launch process for partner integrations and new product features, from internal alignment on joint value propositions to full-funnel go-to-market execution
  • Transform technical specs and integration details into clear, compelling content that resonates with sales teams and external audiences
  • Track and report on launch performance, measuring KPIs and sharing learnings to sharpen future GTM efforts
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for G2's "Strategic 5" partner organizations, fostering ongoing relationships and identifying mutual growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to weave partner value into G2's broader brand campaigns
  • Partner with external marketing counterparts to build and execute co-marketing plans that maximize visibility and business impact
  • Build and maintain the infrastructure behind G2's partner program, including internal and external documentation, assets, and program materials that reflect G2's brand standards
  • Lead the development of regional, G2-hosted co-sponsored event series with top strategic partners, working alongside Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage external partner event sponsorships from contract through post-event wrap-up, ensuring strong ROI on every investment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or customer-facing sales/success roles, ideally within technology, SaaS, or marketplace businesses
  • A natural storyteller who can translate technical complexity into narratives that land with both internal teams and external partners
  • Experience negotiating co-marketing agreements, building joint value propositions, and developing supporting materials
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort tracking ROI, interpreting adoption data, and managing partner marketing budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align partners on shared opportunities and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and team offsites.
