Job Description
Test Manager leading Performance Testing strategies and teams in a global engineering company. Collaborating with cross-functional groups to drive innovation in testing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the Performance Testing during project lifecycles
- Collaborate with teams to define and execute performance test strategies
- Analyze performance test results and make recommendations for improvements
- Strive for improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of performance testing processes
- Mentor junior team members on performance testing best practices
Requirements:
- Professional experience as a Test Manager with a special focus on Performance Testing;
- Hands-on experience with JMeter/Java and K9;
- Solid knowledge of Performance Testing on mobile devices;
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
