Job Description
Product Designer focused on visual and product thinking at a global insights firm. Collaborating across teams to deliver top-tier web application experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design Execution (Core Focus): Design production-ready UI for web applications, translate loose requirements into structured and thoughtful end-to-end solutions, cover full flows including all states, interactions, and edge cases.
- Product Thinking: Deeply understand the "why" behind every request, challenge unclear or weak directions to ensure we are building the right thing, propose strategic solutions rather than just visual variations.
- Proactive Ownership: Identify gaps in user flows, components, and logic before they become issues, maintain rigorous consistency across the entire product ecosystem, take initiative and drive projects forward without needing hand-holding.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation, align with Product Managers on scope, trade-offs, and priorities.
Requirements:
- Visual Design Fundamentals: Mastery of layout, spacing, typography, and hierarchy.
- Production-Ready UI Experience: Proven track record of shipping high-quality web interfaces.
- End-to-End Flow Design: Ability to map out complex user journeys from start to finish.
- Product Thinking: Mid-to-high level ability to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail: A commitment to consistency and "pixel-perfect" execution.
- Good to have: Fast-Paced Environments: Experience working in multi-pod or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Design Systems: Practical experience contributing to or maintaining a shared design language.
- Data & Insights: Familiarity with designing for data-heavy or insights-driven platforms.
