Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading Epic EHR, electronic fax, and clinical informatics products at CVS Health. Driving strategy, launches, adoption, and healthcare delivery improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for the Epic electronic health record platform and integrated clinical informatics tools
- Own product requirements for the electronic fax domain, including centralized medical records efficiency, clinical documentation and medical records access, and order management
- Define product vision and strategic direction aligned with senior business and engineering leaders and OKRs
- Define the product roadmap and manage the day-to-day backlog and prioritization
- Assess product value, develop business cases, evaluate buy-versus-build opportunities, and identify scaling opportunities across business units
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and user design partners in an agile environment
- Conduct user research, document product requirements, and ensure products meet user needs
- Manage product launches, training materials, and end-user documentation
- Identify product improvements through quantitative analysis and user feedback
- Deliver executive-level reporting on product status, risks, and decisions
- Develop testing procedures and governance for onsite, monthly, and quarterly Epic assessments
- Partner with training and change management teams to support readiness, adoption, and feedback for Epic releases
- Support approval of product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps
- Support recruiting, hiring, and development of product and informatics talent
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics
- Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience managing, configuring, or overseeing Epic software, modules, and tools within a healthcare enterprise
- BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- Experience building and launching AI products
- Epic certification(s) in one or more relevant modules (preferred)
- Experience in Value Based Care and Medicare/Medicare Advantage (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, digital health solutions and/or EHR integrations (preferred)
- Subject matter expertise in electronic fax, medical record management, and order management (preferred)
- 4+ years as a Product Manager (preferred)
- Experience with data analytics and core healthcare metrics (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful and quantifiable impact to the business (preferred)
- Proven ability to drive strategic decisions, take ownership, and coordinate resources
- Ability to work with senior-level stakeholders and translate complex technical topics for varied audiences
- Data-driven approach to measuring product impact and evaluating success with analytics teams
- Skills in change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology
