Job Description
Senior Product Manager improving C.H. Robinson’s global forwarding documents and customs services. Driving data-informed product roadmaps, pricing intelligence, and enterprise technology investments.
Responsibilities:
- Define a roadmap of strategies and products to drive growth and support customers
- Partner with Pricing, Product, Data Science, and Technical teams to deliver complete solutions
- Conduct quantitative, qualitative, business, customer, and strategic research and analysis
- Identify, test/validate, develop, and implement marketplace growth programs
- Manage projects from start to finish, including stakeholder management and communication of results, insights, and recommendations
- Develop and maintain pricing intelligence for data-driven decision-making by senior leaders
- Define requirements, analyze metrics, and partner with engineering counterparts on development, testing, and launches
- Test and validate hypotheses behind proposed technology investments
- Audit and improve existing technology investments
- Manage tradeoffs and evaluate ideas and opportunities with stakeholders
- Navigate an ambiguous, maturing product management environment
- Mentor Product Managers, shape culture, introduce best practices, and bring knowledge to the team
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, conducting strategic quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to inform technology/operations investments/changes in a cross-functional enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED
- 3 years or more of digital marketplace dynamics/mechanics experience in a product or data science capacity
- Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics/Data Science
