Product Manager leading evolution of educational products at Arcotech. Transforming complex problems into impactful solutions for schools in Brazil.

Lead the strategy and evolution of one or more critical products, with direct responsibility for solving pedagogical or financial problems;
Define relevant problems and prioritize initiatives based on data, strategic context, and user needs;
Track and evolve end-to-end product metrics, adjusting strategy as necessary;
Lead the development of foundational capabilities and platforms that enable product development across different areas of the company;
Align stakeholders from different areas and seniority levels, ensuring clarity of direction and trade-offs;
Work closely with technical teams to translate architecture, scalability, security, and maintenance challenges into high-impact product initiatives;
Evolve the governance and operating model of the products and channels under your responsibility;
Contribute to team development and the dissemination of product best practices;

Experience leading multiple product initiatives, with a track record of deliveries in complex and ambiguous scenarios;
Strategic vision to plan for the medium and long term, connecting product evolution with the company's broader objectives;
Ability to evolve governance of the main channels used by different user profiles, providing excellent stakeholder management with domain teams;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you adapt your message, align expectations clearly, resolve conflicts calmly, and excel at asynchronous alignments, producing concise documentation that guides decisions;
The following are differentiators:
Experience with artificial intelligence tools;
Previous experience in Channels and/or Platforms teams;
Experience with APIs, integrations, events, microservices, or internal platforms;
Ability to discuss architecture, technical trade-offs, and engineering decisions in sufficient depth to support product prioritization;
