Job Description
Senior Recruiter handling full-cycle recruiting for a major manufacturing client across multiple sites. Seeking motivated candidates for various production roles with an emphasis on relationship building and candidate advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across 12 production locations, supporting approximately 75 open roles
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills and match them to job opportunities
- Leverage your social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients
- Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research and digital outreach
- Advocate on behalf of candidates for career opportunities
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Senior-level recruiting experience, preferably in frontline, manufacturing, skilled trades, or production-heavy environments
- Proven ability to manage high requisition loads (50–75+)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience supporting multiple sites or distributed teams
- Ability to work in the West Coast or Central time zone depending on the assigned role
- Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
