Job Description

Recruiting Manager implementing and managing recruitment strategies for staffing needs. Collaborating with management to improve staffing processes and resolve escalations while managing compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategy programs
  • Manage recruiters and sourcing specialist
  • Work closely with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvement to staffing processes including sourcing and selection
  • Resolve escalations from Hiring Managers and applicants
  • Manage compliance of pre-employment forms and processes. Manage pre-employment background processes and compliance
  • Meeting the physical requirements listed below
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years management/supervisory experience
  • The ability to make effective decisions quickly
  • Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with candidate selection methods and sourcing platforms
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent understanding of employer branding strategies
