Job Description

Senior Recruiter leading full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles in healthcare at Impact Advisors. Aligning strategies with revenue goals and nurturing candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level consulting roles across healthcare IT, strategy, and operations.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of consulting talent with relevant healthcare domain expertise.
  • Partner closely with Managing Directors and Service Line Leaders to align recruiting strategies with revenue goals, client demand, and delivery needs.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the healthcare consulting market to identify, engage, and close high-impact talent.
  • Drive efficient candidate progression through ATS (Bullhorn), ensuring speed and quality from source to hire.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, etc.) to continuously improve performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, promoting consistency, best practices, and high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Contribute to employment branding and targeted recruiting campaigns aligned with Impact Advisors’ market positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of recruiting experience within a healthcare consulting organization or similar consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for consulting roles (e.g., advisory, implementation, optimization, digital health, revenue cycle, ERP, or data & analytics).
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead recruiter capacity is strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare consulting talent profiles, delivery models, and client expectations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills within niche consulting talent markets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems (Bullhorn preferred) and recruiting analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive recruiting strategy.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience aligned with Impact Advisors’ brand.
