Job Description
Recruitment Partner (Senior) enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience for Haldren Group. Leading engagement, screening, and talent market insights remotely from South Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
- Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
- Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening
- Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
- High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
- Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management.
