Job Description
Asset Manager leading government and contractor asset tracking, audits, and property controls for GDIT. Remote Arizona role supporting U.S. government, defense, and intelligence missions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead best-practice property management processes and end-to-end asset accountability
- Ensure compliant stewardship, accurate lifecycle tracking, and audit-ready documentation for government and contractor-controlled assets
- Apply and implement asset management best practices
- Support installed assets by ensuring required markings, tagging, and unique record identification are performed and documented
- Implement hardware, software, software warranty tracking, and license asset management within TENM
- Maintain IUID tags and upload them into PIEE
- Manage property management functions controlling contractor-held property
- Control property from receipt through stewardship and formal relief of responsibility
- Conduct internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits
- Track government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition
- Prepare contractual, governmental, and internal asset management reports
- Perform monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits
Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree
- 8 to 10 years of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must currently possess Secret clearance
- Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
- US Citizenship Required: Yes
- Skills: Accountability, Management Process, Reporting Processes
- Willingness to complete identity verification using biometrics and artificial intelligence
- Must be on camera during virtual interviews
