Job Description
Senior Sales Development Representative for LegalMatch managing lead generation and appointment setting. Focused on driving conversions and revenue through effective sales strategies and CRM management.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to secure quality appointments
- Deliver confident, persuasive conversations with excellent objection handling
- Meet and exceed conversion targets
- Keep CRM data clean, complete, and updated
- Analyze trends, raise insights, and improve the lead funnel
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of lead generation or sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of B2B experience
- Strong and consistent conversion history
- Excellent spoken English – clear, engaging, and mature
- Skilled in handling different prospect types
- Highly organized and fast in adapting approaches
- Proactive with an outcome-oriented mindset.
- Strong in problem-solving, capable of handling complex challenges under pressure.
- Equipped with a "Do what it takes" attitude, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
