Job Description

Senior Sales Executive driving enterprise-level growth by building relationships and pursuing opportunities in B2B sales for 3E's innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business sales across our three core product families—Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability—targeting large, complex enterprise organizations.
  • Proactively build and expand a self-generated pipeline by leveraging strategic market mapping, personalized outreach, and your established enterprise network to drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end—from initial discovery to contract closure—partnering with internal subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions, cross-sell across product lines, and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Initiate and lead high-impact conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers, aligning 3E’s innovative solutions with their strategic business goals to create long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Work closely with our industry experts to craft tailored proposals, manage product trials, and ensure solution alignment with client needs, positioning 3E as a trusted advisor in a rapidly evolving market.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of direct experience in complex B2B sales, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota as an individual contributor. Experience selling regulatory compliance, EHS, supply chain, or related solutions is required.
  • Proven success closing six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach, with a strong emphasis on self-generating pipeline and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of consistently identifying, pursuing, and winning new logo opportunities.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and sales activity tracking using tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms.
  • Robust negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, productive relationships with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
