Job Description
Field Sales Representative for XDS Bicycles establishing dealer accounts in North America. Engaging bike shops to promote XDS bikes and build relationships within California, Oregon, and Washington.
Responsibilities:
- Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships
- Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins
- Take deals from first conversation through initial order
- Train shop staff on product and positioning
- Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics
- Represent XDS in a professional, consistent way
Requirements:
- Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory)
- 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads
- Ability to build interest and convert into sales
- Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Background or interest in cycling or performance sports
