Job Description

Senior Sales Representative enhancing go-to-market strategy and full sales cycle process for Martell Ventures. Requires strong B2B SaaS sales expertise and a self-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Help shape go-to-market strategy while owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Work closely with leadership to define the ideal customer profile and refine messaging.
  • Build scalable sales processes and engage prospective customers through various methods.
  • Lead discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Own revenue targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Comfortable running discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Ability to explain technical or AI-based products in simple terms
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment
