Job Description
Sr. Channel Sales Representative responsible for driving sales growth through channel management at Honeywell. Building relationships with partners and leading contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by providing product training, support, and guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
