Job Description
Senior role in marketing SBA loan services to eligible businesses at Huntington. Focus on client interactions, loans from $350K to $5MM, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for marketing a range of banking services to SBA loan eligible businesses
- Emphasize client contact, origination, and analysis in SBA loan origination
- Review financial statements and supporting documents, structure SBA loan proposals
- Complete initial analysis and prepare credit packages
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience
- A minimum of 5 years of Business/Commercial lending experience
- SBA loan originating experience preferred
- Familiarity with Commercial loan underwriting systems
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and proficiency in PC and internet use
