Job Description

Business Development Manager responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships within commercial real estate. Develops sales strategies and attends networking events for lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, setting appointments and selling the value of AEI
  • Research new accounts and attend local networking events to obtain client leads
  • Maintain client satisfaction by understanding AEI's technical capabilities and client needs
  • Responsible for meeting sales goals

Requirements:

  • Previous business development experience within the commercial real estate or due diligence industries with an existing book of business directly related to AEI's services
  • Strong leadership skills and thorough working knowledge of business markets
  • Competitive attitude with demonstrated achievements in business
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain detail-oriented while working at a fast pace
