Job Description

Business Development Representative managing pipeline creation for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments remotely. Engaging decision makers across financial services and leveraging AI-driven strategies for outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute sophisticated account-based prospecting strategies to penetrate target organizations and map complex buying committees.
  • Develop and manage multi-threaded outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry conferences.
  • Leverage AI tools and data insights to drive highly personalized, relevant outreach at scale.
  • Conduct high quality discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance, Growth, Digital, etc.).
  • Partner closely with the Enterprise AE’s to convert engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and insights in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Continually test, iterate, and optimize outbound messaging, sequencing, and targeting strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR, or early stage Sales role (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven ability to prospect into Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage VP and C-Level stakeholders.
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., personalization, research, sequencing).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a remote team environment.
  • Experience within financial services is a strong plus.
