Job Description
Business Development Representative managing pipeline creation for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments remotely. Engaging decision makers across financial services and leveraging AI-driven strategies for outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sophisticated account-based prospecting strategies to penetrate target organizations and map complex buying committees.
- Develop and manage multi-threaded outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry conferences.
- Leverage AI tools and data insights to drive highly personalized, relevant outreach at scale.
- Conduct high quality discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance, Growth, Digital, etc.).
- Partner closely with the Enterprise AE’s to convert engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and insights in our CRM (Hubspot).
- Continually test, iterate, and optimize outbound messaging, sequencing, and targeting strategies.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR, or early stage Sales role (SaaS preferred).
- Proven ability to prospect into Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage VP and C-Level stakeholders.
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., personalization, research, sequencing).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a remote team environment.
- Experience within financial services is a strong plus.
