Job Description
Business Development Representative at Easygenerator, an innovative e-learning software company in France. Engage with decision-makers through outbound channels and fuel growth by generating leads.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers through outbound channels
- Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences to spark interest and fuel our growth.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points and goals.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Native-level fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
- Enjoy initiating conversations and comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Communicate clearly and purposefully, leaving no room for misinterpretation
- Take initiative, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment
