Job Description
Senior Solutions Architect designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for a rapidly growing data-focused consulting firm. Collaborating with global teams and ensuring alignment with best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and define technical solutions that align business requirements with ServiceNow platform standard capabilities, maximizing value and minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Lead the design and evolution of ServiceNow solution architecture, ensuring scalability, governance, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage and actively contribute to product roadmaps, supporting the definition of go-to-market strategies for new features and offerings.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and solution architectures.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more ServiceNow products, sharing technical and functional knowledge with teams and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with platform standard usage and development best practices.
- Support internal clients in solution definition, ensuring compliance with PwC global standards and platform capabilities.
- Resolve complex architecture and integration issues, strengthening trust and relationships with stakeholders.
- Stay continuously up to date on new features, releases, and trends in the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
- Advanced English (frequent communication with global stakeholders).
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, ServiceNow Technical Architect, or Senior ServiceNow Implementer.
- Strong experience in architecture, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Solid technical background in ServiceNow development.
- Comprehensive, advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (not limited to just one or two modules).
- Proficiency with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Background in agile environments and continuous delivery of solutions.
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications and training.
- Desired: Relevant ServiceNow certifications and training.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Experience in business process design and optimization.
- Experience with process automation and operational productivity improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience managing operations aligned with organizational strategy.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and validate business results.
